i think back of all that i have learned from those around me and i believe that i have learned more from people's actions, how not to be, than how to be. equally valuable and the result is the same as it has shaped me into who i am. so thank you to all i have learned from... by observing you, i have learned how not to be and i am a better person because of it.

yesterday i went for a long run. the most beautfiul part of my run was the moment when g-d began to cry... as i ran through g-d's tears; my lungs felt fuller, my pace seemed smoother and then i realized, that g-d's cries so that we can smile.
